Shipping And Handling

Please note that our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, except for Bank Holidays.

Orders placed before 4:30pm are processed within 24 hours for delivery within 1-2 days of despatch, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Some items such as workwear and custom products may take slightly longer to despatch.

We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error within delivery address with sufficient time before that order is despatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to ship all ordered products in a single delivery for customer simplicity. We may be able to deliver some items sooner than others and customers are informed of this opportunity during the checkout process. If you would like certain items delivered sooner, please call our sales team at the checkout stage to discuss. For UK Mainland if you spend over £65 before VAT and carriage, your order will be despatched free of charge. Please note that custom orders are subject to 7-10 working days lead time.

Please note that Direct Ship products being delivered off Mainland Great Britain may be subject to supplier confirmation or an additional carriage charge. Our friendly sales team will contact you regarding the order if necessary.

Returns

We comply with current legislation with regard to returns, specifically the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Any returns must be authorised, if goods are returned without authorisation they will be refused. For custom and personalised orders, we only accept returns on faulty products, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please provide us with information about the problem and the reasons why the goods need to be returned. We also require the original invoice/copy of thereof as a proof of purchase. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Axent. Any refunds due will be completed within 30 days of the receipt of the goods back to ourselves.
